Shipping + Returns
All of our goods are processed and packaged from our studio in Atlanta, Georgia.
Shipping
We do our best to ship orders the day after they are placed, but please allow up to 3 business days to process. An email including tracking will be sent when the order has shipped. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged, misplaced, stolen, or any unexpected delays in shipping. We use USPS to ship all of our packages. Please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive, and contact us if there are any issues!
Returns + Exchanges
We only accept returns or issue refunds if the item arrives to you damaged or flawed, otherwise all goods are final sale. As noted in the product descriptions, each item is handmade and slight differences between products is often expected. We want you to be confident in your purchase and if you have any questions or need additional photos/info, please contact us prior to your purchase. Send us an email with your return request.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Cancelled orders will be refunded minus a 5% non-refundable processing fee. Only orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled.
If you have ordered the wrong size or color on accident, please contact immediately so we can process the change before shipping.
